Are you looking for things to do in the fall? Here are some great ideas to make fall days fun and create happy memories.

It can be hard to say good-bye to summer. We think of swimming and barbecues and a more laid-back routine. Summer is often a time for vacations and spending time outdoors.

So what can we look forward to in the fall? I’ve given this some thought and have a few ideas that I think you will love. The first is to cuddle up in a warm blanket and read a good book. It helps to have a hot cup of tea nearby. If you add an apple or pumpkin spiced candle, you have the perfect mood to relax. Here are some free fall novels that I recommend. https://amazon.us10.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=b9804a851b559af817e25e3ba&id=4085af72ba

In addition to relaxing with a novel, you can have hot apple cider warming in the crockpot when you return home on a crisp fall day. You can invite friends over for a board game and share apple cider or hot chocolate and popcorn while you play.

If you like crafts, you can make a fall wreath. Here is a link for instructions DIY How to Make a Fall Wreath | Easy DIY Fall Wreath Tutorials – youtube tutorial on making a fall wreath – Bing images

My favorite of the fall wreaths I saw was this one. Isn’t the owl cute!

And, of course, a drive or walk through the woods to see the beautiful fall colors is a relaxing and memorable activity. Check to see when the colors will be best in your area and plan accordingly.

That’s it for now. Be sure and send me ideas I may have missed and I’ll include them in another post.

Blessings,

Karen
